Weddings like this make us feel very lucky.  We absolutely love meeting and spending the day with people like Carly & Denys.  They were very relaxed and had an awesome attitude that just radiated fun!  And that they were!  We had a great time with them!

November and December seems to be our month for the Barcelo resort!  This was our 3rd one in the last month or so.  As always, I have great things to say about this resort.  The weddings here have always been very well organized.  There is not much for the bride to worry about the day of the wedding.  Everything always flows just right and is taken care of by the coordinators.  They do have alot of experience, considering we’ve seen up to 3 weddings per day.

A big reason why we love people like Carly & Denys is they were not afraid to just be themselves, have fun and relax.  When a couple can really let loose for the camera, their personalities can shine though, like they have with these two!  Carly also had a great dress that allowed her to move freely, which gave us some new photo opportunities!  You’ll see what I’m talking about once we post their TTD pics!!!

We spent the entire day with Heather & David.  Their personalities, as well as their guests, made this day fly by so fast!  Before we knew it, we were packing up and very excited to get home to review the images from the day.  People like Heather & Dave are what make this “job” so much fun.

As for the Barcelo, we are also really enjoying shooting at this resort.  Although the resort is large, it is well organized which makes it very easy to get around.  They do have multiple weddings per day, sometimes in the same locations but I must say each location that we’ve shot so far offer great views and privacy.  The Spa is also one of the nicest I’ve seen.  It’s a photographers dream to work in a spa with so much space and natural light.  They do charge quite a high fee to have us on site but we never have trouble getting through security or the front desk… another bonus for everyone!!
